- Slice in even widths.

- 2 teaspoons pizza seasoning(Frontier)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teasp. salt
- onion powder
- dried basil
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup broth (chicken, beef, veggie)
- 1/2 cup milk(soy, cow, goat, sheep, rice, almond, V-8 spicy)
- 3 slices soy mozzarella, cut in small pieces
- Parmesan(house-brand shaker)
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- handful fresh basil
- tomato large or 2 smaller, diced
- garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrms
- 1 cup grated mozzarella(soy)
