Ingredients
- 2 1/4 C flour , 1 C cocoa pwd , 2 1/4 tsp baking soda , 1 1/4 tsp baking pwd , 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon pwd - sifted
- 2 1/2 oz chocolate
- 1 C milk
- 1 1/4 C hot strong coffee
- 1 C mayo ( real stuff and not the salad dressing or low fat one )
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 C or abit less sugar
- White Mousse :
- Whip 1 egg white and 1 tbsp sugar ina bowl .
- Melt 4 oz white chocolate with 1/4 C cream over double boiler .
- Cool , whisk and Pour into the egg white .
- Add 3/4 C chilled cream with it and beat until soft peaks form .

- yogurt chocolate icing :
- Melt 12 oz dark chocolate with 4 oz butter , 2 tbsp golden syrup .
- Whisk along with 1/2 C yogurt and keep it smooth .
