Ingredients

• 3 layer banana cake with cream cheese frosting and toasted almonds
• I took a regular yellow cake mix and added a package of instant banana cream pudding. I also added about a 1/2 milk and then followed the rest of the instructions on the cake box. I used a homemade cream cheese recipe. I toasted the almonds then covered cake with them. This cake was so easy and fast. I think it will be a great treat for your family, as per usual you can low fat and low sugar almost all the ingredients. I could have shaped the cake a little more , but it was getting late and I didn't.
