  • 1/2 C yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 C all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 C nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/2 C low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 Tbl. butter or margarine, melted
  • yogurt Sauce:
  • 1 C plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 C white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbl. dried dill weed (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
