- 1/4 Cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 teaspoons Seasame Seed oil
- 2 Cups Cooked and cooled white rice
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 package Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters⢠Chik'n Strips (optinal, could probably also use real chicken or tofu)
- 1/4 Cup peanuts or cashews (optinal)
- chow mein noodles (optinal)
