Ingredients
- 1 large bunch swiss chard leaves, well cleaned and sliced into ribbons
- 1/2 pound whole wheat pasta (I used rotini)
- 4-6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 leek, white and light green parts, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 cups milk (I used 1% and it was just fine)
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
