- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- dash of cumin
- dash of salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
