Ingredients
- 1lb lean ground beef(or venison, or even chicken)
- 1/2lb ground Mexican chorizo(not the cooked kind in casing, rather the bulk style...or, make your own, like I did! Mexican Chorizo De Puebla
- 1 bell pepper, or 2-3 mini sweets, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1-3 jalapenos, diced(to taste)
- 1 can rotel style tomatoes, drained
- ~7-8oz spicy tomato sauce(can sub enchilada or taco sauce, if desired)
- about 1/2 cup chopped green and ripe olives(use a mixture)
- 1t ground cumin
- 1t ground coriander
- 2t mild chili powder(I used ancho), optional
- 1 lime
- plenty of fresh ground black pepper, and a lil kosher or sea salt

This Wonderful, Cheap, Easy Mixture Is Versatile Enough To Be Used For Tacos, Empanadas, Burritos, Enchiladas, Or Even As A Nacho Topping! The Chorizo Adds A Lot Of Flavor, Even By Using Half The Amount Of The Beef. This Makes A Lot, So Whatever You Make
