• 1T worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 red onion, diced
• 6 cloves garlic, divided
• 6T butter
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/4t fresh ground nutmeg
• 2 cups loosely packed baby spinach, roughly chopped/torn
• about 6oz fresh mushrooms, chopped
• pizza dough for 2 large pizzas(homemade or purchased, but it needs to be in the dough state)
• kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
