- 8oz tomato/basil goat cheese, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1T Greek seasoning blend(or your own combos including oregano, rosemary, dill, sage, parsley, lemon zest, etc)
- 1T worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 6 cloves garlic, divided
- 6T butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4t fresh ground nutmeg
- 2 cups loosely packed baby spinach, roughly chopped/torn
- about 6oz fresh mushrooms, chopped
- pizza dough for 2 large pizzas(homemade or purchased, but it needs to be in the dough state)
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
