Asian-style Kale Recipe


  • 3/4 pound (1 large bunch) kale*
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1 to 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (2 thin) minced scallions, both white and light green parts
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds*, for garnish
