As You Like It Chicken Breasts Recipe


  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I usually only use 4 very good sized ones)
  • 3 Cups herb seasoned stuffing mix, rolled fine (and put in a bowl big enough to roll the chicken in)


This Is Probably The First Recipe I Ever Made. And Still Make Today. It Is Out Of A Cookbook That I've Had For Almost 20 Years, Titled "Recipes From Iowa With Love" The Outer Coating Of Herb Stuff Mix Seems To Seal In The Juices Making The Chi
