- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tbls. cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2 tbls. lime juice, fresh
- salsa and sour cream to garnish
