- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 chicken bullion cube
- 1 cup water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 can diced tomato (italian seasoning or plain)
- 2 links turkey kielbasa sliced
- 2 skinless chicken breasts, cut into one inch cubes
- 2 cups fresh or frozen okra
- salt and pepper to taste
Description
This Recipe Is A Great Classic Version Of A Cajun Favorite. Goes Great With Hot Rice. Add A Little Louisiana Hot Sauce Or Tabasco When Serving For An Extra Little Kick. For The More Adventurous, Add More Cayenne. Remember When Tasting For The Hotness
