Ingredients
- Bottom Layer
- 1 ) 60 g chocolate , 2 tbsp cocoa pwd , 1/2 C hot water - melt and cool
- 2 ) 160 g all pupose flour , 2 tbsp milk powder , tsp baking pwd , 1/2 tsp baking soda , 4 tbsp chopped almonds - mixed
- 3 ) 120 g butter , 1/2 c molasses , 6 tbsp demerara sugar or Dark Muscavado sugar , 2 eggs
- Top Layer
- 1 ) 2 eggs , 1 c sugar and 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 ) 1 C cake flour , 1 tsp baking pwd , pinch of salt
- 3 ) 1/2 C hot water , 2 tbsp milk pwd and 2 tbsp butter - mixed
- Filling :
- 125 g cream cheese
- 3 oz white chocolate melt in 1/2 C hot water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Finishing :
- 1 C whip cream
- 200 g baking chocolate
Description
The Top Layer And The Bottom Layer Are Quite A Contrast When It Comes To Taste . But It Blends Well Just Nice . I Personaly Like It Warm By Microwaving A Slice For 15 Sec .
