Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tsp. (10 ml) salt
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 ml) chili powder
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) medium-dark roast coffee, ground
  • 2 cups (500 ml) mixed nuts, unsalted (almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, pepitas, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp. (25 ml) sugar
