- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley or chives (reserve for garnish)
- 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon or lime zest
- 3 ounces goat cheese
- 3 ounces sliced or grated melting cheese (i.e., muenster, mozzarella or swiss)
- freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
