- Marinade:
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tspn ground Cummin
- 4 cloves
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 Cammomile tea bag (string and tag removed!)
- Pinch ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- yoghurt Dressing:
- 1 tspn grated orange zest
- 250g Greek style natural yoghurt
- A sprinkle of ground nutmeg
- 1 large handful of fresh mint, chopped
