Ingredients

  • 4 lamb Cutlets
  • Marinade:
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tspn ground Cummin
  • 4 cloves
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1 Cammomile tea bag (string and tag removed!)
  • Pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • yoghurt Dressing:
  • 1 tspn grated orange zest
  • 250g Greek style natural yoghurt
  • A sprinkle of ground nutmeg
  • 1 large handful of fresh mint, chopped
