- about 1lb cooked chicken, shredded or cubed(I like shredded, for the texture :)
- about 1T peanut oil
- 1 cup broccoli slaw
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 hot chili pepper, diced and seeded, if desired
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1-3T honey
- 2 limes, juice from both and zest from 1
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1T fish sauce
- 1t lemongrass or 2t Thai seasoning which includes lemongrass
- 1/2t ground coriander
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- fresh cilantro for serving
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
