• apple cider cream cheese frosting
• 2 cups apple cider
• 1 cinnamon stick, broke in half
• 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into bits and softened
• 1/2 cup plus one tablespoon sifted confectioners' sugar (or sweetness to your desire)
• 1/2 stick of butter, softened
