Ingredients
- For Beef Brisket
- 5-6lb beef brisket(trimmed before or after, your call. I do after :)
- 3T sweet or hot paprika
- 1t chili powder(I used ancho)
- 1T granulated garlic
- 1T dried minced onion
- 1t dried oregano
- 1-3t cayenne
- 1T kosher or sea salt
- 2t or more of fresh ground pepper
- For Texas Toast
- 2 1lb loafs Italian bread, sliced into 1 inch slices
- 1 stick butter
- garlic or garlic powder, to taste, and your preference
- For Easy Spicy/Creamy Coleslaw
- 8 cups shredded cabbage(or cole slaw mix)
- 1/2 red onion, grated
- 1/4 cup avocado Ranch or Green Goddess dressing
- 1T Southwest style mustard
- juice from 1/2 lime
- For chili seasoned Fries
- 1 package french fries, prepared and tossed with a lil chili powder, garlic and salt
- (feel free to make your own, if you want....they aren't the star, so I just used frozen :)
- For Serving
- Mayo and sliced pepper jack cheese
