Ingredients
- 100 gm mung bean sprouts - clean, wash and drain
- 100 gm baby pea sprouts (dow miao) - wash and drain
- 1 stalk lemongrass - discard tough outer leaves, use bottom half only
- 1 inch piece fresh turmeric - scrape and julienne
- 1 fresh red chili - discard seeds and julienne
- 2 level tbs fresh grated coconut (without skin)
- 2 tbs crushed roasted peanuts
- Half tsp red pepper or red chili flakes (optional)

- 1 tbs fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tsp roasted sesame oil
- 3 level tsp sugar or to taste
- 1 level tsp salt or to taste
