• 1 can ( 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of celery soup
• 1 can cheese soup ( reg cheese) 10 3/4 ounces
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese I ADD more cheese and soup
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• salt and pepper for cooking the meat
