- 1 TB fresh grated ginger root
- 1 lb 10 oz boneless chicken thigh,cubed
- 1 (14 oz)can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 TB fresh lime juice
- 4 oz. baby spinach leaves,finely chopped
- large handful fresh cilantro
Description
This Is A Fragrant But Not Hot Curry. It's Easy To Double. If You Prefer Very Mild Curry,top With Dollop Of Greek Yogurt.
