- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 jar of red currant jelly
- toasted almonds (may omit)

An Old Recipe. This Is A Wonderful Cake Made From A Mix (surprisingly), Canned Pears, Then Glazed With Red Currant Jelly And Toasted Almonds. A Family Favorite.
