- Tbsp smokehouse flavored pepper or 1cap full of liquid smoke
- 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4-5 finely minced galic cloves
- half of a finely minced shallot
- zest of one lemon finely miced
- pinch of salt
- bacon-enough to cover the entire steaks
- toothpicks
Description
I'd Only Had Filet Mignon Once Before And Wasn't Sure How This Would Turn Out On The Grill, But The Semi-dry Rub I Used And The Bacon I Wrapped It In Made It Super Tender And Juicy!!
