Ingredients

  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons reserved blackberry juice, from curd filling
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 24 whole fresh blackberries, for garnish (optional)
