Oysters:

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch paprika
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 pound shucked oysters, drained and patted dry

Steak:

  • 4 (14-ounce) bone-in rib-eye steaks
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
