  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves

  • 1 pound crabmeat, picked over
  • 1 pound extra-large or jumbo shrimp (about 24 shrimp), peeled, deveined, tails on
  • 12 slices bacon, halved crosswise
