  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and diced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
