  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 4 large scallops
  • Sichimi (Japanese red pepper blend)
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and mashed
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1/8 cup Tosazu, recipe above
