- 4 cloves raw garlic, chopped
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
To serve:
- 4 slices Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup fresh arugula greens
- 4 cornichon pickles
- 4 toothpicks
