  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (recommended: Kahlua)
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Water, as needed
  • 1 (3-ounce) chocolate bar, optional
  • 1 cup raspberries, optional
