Kahlua Fudge Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • cake
  • 1 18 1/2 oz pkg chocolate cake mix
  • 1 3 3/4 oz pkg chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 c Cold water
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c Kahlua or coffee liqueur
  • glaze
  • ½ (16-ounce) package confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, at room temperature
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Kahlua or Creme de Cacao liqueur, or very strong brewed coffee
  • In a deep small bowl, beat confectioners’ sugar together; gradually beat in liqueur and/or coffee until desired drizzling consistency is achieved and glaze is smooth.
