- 1 18 1/2 oz pkg chocolate cake mix
- 1 3 3/4 oz pkg chocolate instant pudding
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 c Cold water
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c Kahlua or coffee liqueur
- glaze
- ½ (16-ounce) package confectionersâ sugar, sifted
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, at room temperature
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Kahlua or Creme de Cacao liqueur, or very strong brewed coffee
- In a deep small bowl, beat confectionersâ sugar together; gradually beat in liqueur and/or coffee until desired drizzling consistency is achieved and glaze is smooth.
