- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, or to taste
- Chopped fresh chives, for garnishing
