  • 3 tablespoons tamari, dark soy sauce, eyeball it
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon red chili flakes, medium heat to extra spicy
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
