  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar or light brown sugar
  • 2 to 3 long strips pandanus leaves or 1 to 2 drops orange or almond extract
  • 1 cup fresh unsweetened coconut milk

Topping Syrup:

  • 2 to 3 long strips pandanus leaves or 1 to 2 drops orange or almond extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-cup fresh unsweetened coconut cream

Garnish:

  • Sliced, mango, pears, peaches and kiwis
