- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup tinned crab meat, well drained
- 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut, plus 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
