  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 3 small eggs
  • 1/2 pound bacon, sliced
  • 1/4 pound baked ham
  • 1/4 pound pickled tongue
  • 4 bay leaves for garnish
  • 5 garlic cloves, peeled
