Ingredients

  1. All-purpose flour, for dusting
  2. 12 ounces prepared pizza dough, divided into 2 pieces
  3. 5 ounces baby spinach
  4. 1/2 cup frozen baby peas, thawed
  5. 1 cup peeled and finely diced cucumber
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  7. 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  8. 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  9. 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  10. One 17-ounce container Greek-style plain whole-milk yogurt
  11. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  12. 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  13. 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  14. Kosher salt
  15. 1/2 cup za’atar spice mix (see Note)
