  3. 1 large garlic clove, minced
  4. 1 serrano chile, seeded and minced
  5. 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  6. 3 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
  7. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  8. 2 tablespoons water
  9. 1 1/4 pounds baby Bibb lettuce, leaves separated
  10. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  11. 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
