  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon [3 mL] salt
  • ¼ teaspoon [1 mL] ground black pepper
  • Lavash flat bread
  • ½ cup [120 mL] ground sumac (see Chef Notes) or lime wedges
  • 6 scallions, minced
  • 1 cup [240 mL] (loosely packed) basil leaves, torn
  • Plain natural yogurt, whipped
