  2. 1 1/2cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
  3. 1cup cake flour
  4. 1teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1teaspoon baking powder
  6. 3/4teaspoon cinnamon
  7. 1/2teaspoon salt
  8. 1 1/2cups sugar
  9. 3large eggs, at room temperature
  10. 2teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  11. 1cup sour cream

FROSTING

  1. 5sticks unsalted butter, softened
  2. 1pound confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  3. 1/4cup heavy cream
  4. 1teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  5. 1teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 1teaspoon ancho chile powder
  7. 1/2teaspoon cayenne pepper
  8. 5ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
  9. 5ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled
