- 2cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2cups light brown sugar
- 1 1/4teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2teaspoon kosher salt
- 3sticks (12 ounces) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes and chilled
