- 1 pound short tubular pasta, such as ditalini or tubetti
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 dozen small clams, scrubbed and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
