Spicy Crab Cakes with Mango Puree

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound lump crabmeat, well drained and picked over
  2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  3. 3 tablespoons minced chives
  4. 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  5. 1/2 teaspoon honey
  6. 4 teaspoons Asian red chili sauce, such as sambal oelek
  7. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  8. 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  9. 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  10. All purpose flour, for dredging
  11. 3 large eggs, beaten
  12. 2 cups panko (Japanese bread crumbs) or other dry bread crumbs
  13. 1 cup packed micro greens or mesclun
