Lobster Salad with Potatoes, Corn and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes
  2. Two 1-pound live lobsters
  3. 1 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels (from 2 ears of corn)
  4. 1/4 cup crme frache
  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  6. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  7. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  8. 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
  9. 1 tablespoon snipped chives
