  2. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 1 large garlic clove, minced
  4. 1 teaspoon finely chopped thyme
  5. 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped marjoram
  6. 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 3-by-1/2-inch strips
  7. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  8. Two 5-ounce bags prewashed baby spinach
  9. 3 ounces Asiago cheese, coarsely shredded (1 cup)
  10. 3 ounces Fontina cheese, coarsely shredded (3/4 cup)
