Ingredients
- 12 ounces linguine
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped marjoram
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 3-by-1/2-inch strips
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- Two 5-ounce bags prewashed baby spinach
- 3 ounces Asiago cheese, coarsely shredded (1 cup)
- 3 ounces Fontina cheese, coarsely shredded (3/4 cup)
- 3 ounces finely grated Parmesan cheese (3/4 cup)
