- 1 Hass avocadohalved lengthwise, pitted and sliced lengthwise 1/8 inch thick
- 6 pitted Calamata olives, sliced crosswise 1/8 inch thick
- 3 1/2 ounces farmer's cheese (1/2 cup), crumbled
- 1 cup alfalfa, radish or broccoli sprouts
