    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
    • 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
    • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons almond flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
