  • 2/3 cup pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
